Sunday Worship - August 27, 2023

This Sunday’s worship service included several elements that were especially fitting for a service about our identity as the people of God: we witnessed and participated in a baptism, covenanted with parents and their child, and worshiped God communally through prayer and praise. We were reminded that, although we may feel like impostors, we have been called and set apart as God’s people because of His deep love for us. What is one way this week you can live into the reality of your chosen and called identity? Let us rest assured of God’s love for us and, in turn, demonstrate love for God’s children all around us.
