Sunday Worship – September 3, 2023

This Sunday’s worship service emphasizes how we, the branches, belong to and abide in Jesus, the true vine. Because of our inherent belonging to Christ and His deep love for us, we can do nothing apart from Him, and we are thus called to bear good fruit.

We center ourselves on Jesus’ love at the beginning of our service by singing our prelude together, “O How He Loves You and Me,” and later in the service, the Sanctuary Choir considers our need for “the Lord of the small, broken things” by singing Dan Forrest’s “Lord of the Small.”
