Young Adults at South Main are a diverse group of people generally in their early 20s and 30s who love being part of South Main's intergenerational church family. Whether you are a young professional or in graduate school, new to Houston or lived here all your life, single or married, commuting to the Inner Loop or walking to church—South Main is a place where all are seeking to live life together as a family of faith.
At South Main, Young Adults search for an expression of faith that is authentically their own. Some did not grow up in church but now want to invest in something bigger than themselves. Some are just starting out in marriage and want to know how and where the Bible intersects with everyday life—even when life isn’t picture perfect. Being part of a regular Bible study and building community within a small group can help on that journey.
South Main offers Young Adults a place to belong, to get involved, and to serve others. Whether studying the Bible, packing shoes to send to orphans all over the world, singing in the Sanctuary Choir, or just enjoying some really good pizza together, South Main's Young Adults share a sense of humor, create lasting friendships, and encourage a fresh faith that is evolving and growing stronger every day.
