Service of Shadows

On Thursday, March 28, The Way of the Cross culminates as we are confronted by the cross itself. As we reflect on the gravity of the crucifixion, we invite you to join us for the Service of Shadows. At this service, we are poignantly reminded of Christ’s sacrifice through the gradual darkening of the Westmoreland Chapel, with the only light at the end of the service emanating from the stained glass window. Through the scriptural narrative, the music, our prayers, and the sharing of communion, we gather in the shadow of the cross to ponder the darkness of Holy Week.
