Over the week of June 19, 2023, our MainKids attended WDS Club Camp. Throughout this week, the kids had many fun activities as well as time digging in deep to the Word of God. Each morning, the kids started their day at Little Church. The whole week we learned stories that helped us remember basic truths, then throughout their day there was play time in the gym, craft time, small group time, lunch, and an adventure each afternoon. We played putt-putt, saw a movie, loved an interactive game box, and had fun in the sun with a water day. The whole week the kids worked on their living wax museum story, the Friday culmination of camp. The kids picked their favorite story from this past year and creatively developed a way to tell the story. The kids had a blast sharing the different bible stories with their family and friends.
I loved hanging out with the kids this week. It was a special time getting to learn their personalities, the things they like to do, and what makes them who they are. I can't wait to keep deepening these relationships with the kids over the years to come!
